What is the t-mobile call up grant program?

This grant pays 100% of the registration fees for many families with low incomes.

The T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant Program is committed to helping families in need by covering registration fees associated with local Little League Baseball or Softball so that every kid has the chance to play. Little League and T-Mobile share the belief that every kid should have the chance to experience Little League Baseball and Softball, regardless of their financial or personal situation. This is not a competition or a chance to win; everyone who meets the requirements can receive assistance - until funds run out, so act quickly!

who is eligible?

This program is available to players who are:

- Part of a family that receives SNAP or WIC benefits

- Covered by a State Health plan like Hoosier Healthwise or Medicaid

Please note that eligibility HAS changes significantly and participation in free or reduced hot lunch or participation in Head Start are no longer accepted criteria.

how i get this grant?

New this year, you will need to fill out the T-Mobile application yourself, PRIOR to registering your player with DeMotte Little League.  The easy application is available here. Please make sure you have proof of SNAP, WIC or Medicaid eligibility.  The document must include the child's name and eligibility dates.  The eligibility or issued date on the submitted document must fall within 1) the last 12 months, or 2) have a future expiration date that aligns with the benefit (SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, etc.) period.  Your insurance card or benefits card will NOT be enough.

Your application will be reviewed within 5-7 days and you will receive an electronic debit card which can ONLY be used for Little League fees.  You must then complete your registration with DeMotte Little League and use that card as payment WITHIN THREE DAYS before the card expires.
